Booking your reservation can be done online at our website via direct booking or via Airbnb. Please do not email or call to make a reservation.  Any reservation attempt via email or telephone will be void.   There is a 2 – 3 – night minimum stay per reservation depending on the time of year.  Please double check the booking criteria with your purchase.  There are no one night stays regardless of vacancy.  Person(s) booking the reservation must be 18 years of age and fully aware that all party members agree to this reservation.

A credit card payment of 50% of total amount of reservation is taken the day of booking, unless group /guest insists on paying in full.   Group/Guest will have no less than 30 days to pay the remaining amount upon their arrival.   If the deadline of 30 days prior does not result in full payment, party will be subject to cancellation.  If party books their reservation within 30 days before arrival, the full balance is due upon booking.   Ski Hill Cabins and Saunas are not responsible for any errors made while booking online. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any irregularities.    We will do our best to fix any errors and reimburse accordingly.  If errors were made by us, and there was good reason as to why we were not informed, then we will rectify the situation, otherwise guest will be responsible for any cost associated with cancellation.  See cancellation.

Pricing can change by the time you decide to book your accommodations.  It is your responsibility to check all details including pricing at the time of booking.  Every effort on our part is made to ensure the accuracy of pricing is correct and to keep the website updated.  Please respect that errors may take place.

Cancellations made by email will not be excepted.  Please notify Ski Hill Cabins and Saunas via telephone as soon as you can if you are planning on canceling your reservation.   If you decide to cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival, Ski Hill Cabins and Saunas will try to re-rent the time frame previously reserved.  If we can accommodate another group for the same time frame, you will be refunded total amount minus 15% for a cancellation fee.  There will be no refunds amended if Ski Hill Cabins and Saunas cannot get re-booked for canceled time frame.  Cancellations due to weather will not receive a refund.  If you booked through Airbnb, you will be subject to their cancellation policy as well.  No shows will be charged the full price. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your reservation you will be refunded in full. 

The state of Minnesota has defined children ages 2 and up to be considered and occupant.  Maximum occupancy for cabins is 10.   If you exceed the maximum occupancy rate, you will be evicted without being refunded.  There are no extra guests allowed to sleep in tents, campers, RV’s, or any other sleeping arrangement on our property.

Our check-in time is at 4 p.m..  There will be no early check-in times offered.  Since you will have a code to access your cabin you do not need to inform us of late arrival time.  Your cabin will be available to you at 4 p.m. and you can check-in as you please.

Our check-out time is 10 am.  We do not offer later check-out times.   The party is responsible for any additional charges due to not checking out on time and the charge will go to the credit card on file.

There is a zero tolerance rule when it comes to smoking inside our cabins.  This includes any and all devices to smoke from including vape pens, cigarettes, pipes, etc.  Smoking outside is permitted, however, not in front of open windows or doors.   Please be advised of all fire saftey hazards and fire risk levels at the time of your stay.  Please dispose of all tobacco and other products properly.  There will be a $250 dollar fine to anyone not following these rules  and we will consider removal options without a refund.  Party will be charged an extra cleaning fee if excessive tobacco and other products are found on the premise after you leave.  The card on file will be charged.
